At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that personalized items and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the jewelry in its original APM Monaco box and velvet pouch, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
